What we collect
When you book a meeting or send a message we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, website, sector, message, and the meeting time you choose. Our server also records the date and time of your request and a truncated IP address to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and prepare the meeting, and follow up about a possible partnership. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and your consent where you give it.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared within Tercel Group and its group companies that are needed to answer your enquiry, and with service providers who host this website or deliver our email, under contracts that protect your data. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a partnership agreement requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by writing to info@tercelholdings.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data-protection authority.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your time-zone choice in your browser for convenience.
