TercelGroup

Your product, in every market that matters

We help manufacturers and innovative brands launch in the USA, Europe, the UK, the Middle East, Africa and India. Here is who we are, what we offer, what we look for and how a partnership works.

Why Tercel Group

One partner instead of twenty

Entering a new country usually means finding an importer, a certification consultant, a marketplace agency, a logistics provider, a sales team and a service partner. Tercel Group brings these under one group, with companies of our own for each capability.

  • Reach. More than 12,000 distributors worldwide, plus multiple Amazon marketplaces, Walmart and our own marketplaces.
  • Presence. Offices in Belgium, the UK, the USA, Dubai and India, so your partner is local in each region.
  • Sales at scale. AI calling from our company Vyana AI reaches dealers, installers and retailers quickly, and our people close the deals.
  • Operations. Logistics through Hyperxship, and technology and web through Future Dynamics and Sparx Riser.
  • Category experience. We already sell car care through American Carwash and mobile accessories through AtoZ Parts Belgium.
  • Breadth. More than 20 companies across sectors, so we see what sells in each market.

What we look for

Products with a reason to exist

  • Proven demand: strong reviews, crowdfunding success, awards or sales in a home market.
  • Genuine innovation: a design, technology or price advantage buyers can see.
  • Export readiness: certifications in place or a clear plan to obtain them.
  • Room in the market: territories where you have no official partner today.
  • Healthy economics: pricing that leaves room for distributors, retailers and marketing.
  • A long-term view: a roadmap, spare-parts supply and a team that wants to build a brand abroad.

FAQ

Questions manufacturers ask us

Which markets do you cover?

We operate from offices in Belgium, the United Kingdom, the United States, Dubai and India. Together they cover the European Union, the UK, North America, the GCC and wider Middle East, Africa and South Asia.

Do you ask for exclusivity?

For distribution partnerships we usually agree exclusivity for specific countries and channels, with volume targets that protect you if we do not perform. If you prefer to keep control of a market, our market-entry services model works without exclusivity.

Do you buy stock or work on commission?

Under exclusive distribution we purchase stock on agreed terms. Under market-entry services we operate the channel on your behalf for an agreed fee or margin. We discuss the right structure on the first call.

Can you handle certification and compliance?

Yes. We plan and manage the certifications each market needs, such as CE and UKCA in Europe and the UK, FCC and UL in the USA, BIS in India and SASO or ECAS in the Gulf, and we work with your engineering team on the technical files.

Will you sell on Amazon and Walmart?

Yes. Our group sells on multiple Amazon marketplaces and Walmart as well as our own marketplaces. We agree listing ownership, pricing rules and brand-registry authorisation with you before launch.

How quickly can a product launch?

It depends mostly on certification. Products that already hold the right approvals can often be listed and in front of dealers within weeks of an agreement; products that need new certificates take longer, and we give you a realistic plan up front.

Do you consider joint ventures?

Yes, once a partnership has proven itself. We prefer to earn a joint venture or co-branded line through results rather than start with one.

What do you need from us to start?

Product details and specifications, current certifications, your price list and minimum order quantities, the markets you already sell in, and any existing distributor agreements.
